YETKÄ°M, which is the identity federation for higher education and research institutions in Turkey and operated by TÃœBÄ°TAK ULAKBÄ°M, is part of the eduGAIN infrastructure established and operated by the European Academic Network.
The users of the institutions participating in the YETKÄ°M federation will have the opportunity to access different web services, regardless of their location, with their corporate identity information.
We joined YETKÄ°M as the identity provider, as the second State University after TÃœBÄ°TAK ULAKBÄ°M and Ege University.
When universities are included in the YETKÄ°M infrastructure, they acquire the infrastructure that can perform paperless Erasmus transactions.
The use of the paperless Erasmus network by these institutions will become mandatory according to the following milestones:
2021 - Management of online learning agreements,
2022 - Management of inter-agency agreements,
2023 - Sharing of student nominations, acceptances and enrollment transcripts related to student mobility.
